Julie has always been interested in money from the time she was stashing $1 and $5 dollar bills in her top dresser drawer from babysitting jobs, while also watching her mother stash income checks and bills in brown paper grocery bags - due to being an artist with a paralysis about dealing with money. Since then Julie has become a seasoned financial pro who has been an Investment Advisor, mortgage & credit expert, Real Estate Investment teacher (& investor), private lender, and coach. Julie also hosted a Radio show for years called Julie Talks Money, bringing experts and knowledge for listeners on how to Make Money, Grow it, Keep it and Protect It. She also did a TEDx talk on resilience and IDENTITY ACHIEVEMENTS - Creating & stepping into new identities for ourselves.

She is available to speak on Podcasts, at Real Estate clubs, schools and community groups, and onstage at large and small events.
